The atmosphere is very good. The food is delicious but the queue is a bit long. The accommodation is comfortable.

Relax stay, will come again. Staff are very polite and helpful, great service. We stayed in Explorer, room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are tasty. 3 sheeps walking around are lovely. Marqueue tent area with campfire is so nice. Took a few more steps to the top for greater view. Can have a walk to the botanical garden beside and short climb up to the waterfall. Too bad there is no spa service.

Called at 4 p.m. I asked what time the shop closed. Do I have to make a reservation? I told the shop that there were 4 people. The shop announced that it would close at 8:00 p.m. So I inquired about travel. The shop says it takes about half an hour to travel from Trang city. You can come right away. When I got to the store, the employee asked, "Have you called to reserve yet?" I was informed that he had called. Because the shop told me not to make a reservation when I called. The employees were helpless. Said to come inside first. When we went inside at the viewpoint, there were no more tables. The reservation sign is set to full. Then invite them to sit in the shade instead. I really intend to go. Very disappointed. Service and immediate problem solving should be better than this. Inform the customer to wait a moment. Or you can invite them to sit first. Driving takes time. It is most prudent to notify when the customer calls which zone the customer wants to sit in. The table is almost full. Please reserve it for me. If you don't make a reservation, why would the customer call before traveling? The view is beautiful, the atmosphere is good, but I'd like to be careful about improving service.

Very beautiful view, very good accommodation, reasonable price. The most delicious food There are many signature items and they are inexpensive. Very recommended.
